Board of Directors & Interim Leadership

Christ Youth Bible Club is governed by a volunteer Board of directors responsible for the stewardship, oversight, and long-term direction of the ministry. During this season of transition, the Board has also established an interim Leadership Team to provide executive leadership and help prepare CYBC for its next season.

Interim Leadership Team

In 2026, the Board established a time-bound Interim Leadership Team to provide day-to-day executive leadership, strengthen ministry operations, and prepare CYBC for future leadership.

President

Maia Johnson

A member of CYBC's founding team, she has served in nearly every area of the ministry over the years and returned after several years away with renewed perspective and a commitment to CYBC's future.

Vice President

Tracy Watson

A member of CYBC's founding team, she has served in nearly every area of the ministry. She brings broad ministry experience and a commitment to strengthening CYBC's relationships with partner churches.

Secretary

Maleah Helton

A member of CYBC's founding team, she has served in nearly every area of the ministry. She brings deep knowledge of the ministry along with experience in governance, organizational development, and ministry leadership.

Treasurer

Travis Hamilton

Has served as CYBC's Treasurer for five years and remains closely connected to club ministry by serving as a shepherd alongside his spouse at their children's club.

Ali O'Leary

Has been involved with CYBC for three years and brings direct club ministry experience through serving as a shepherd at her children's club.

Brings more than a decade of CYBC experience through Board service, club ministry, prayer leadership, and curriculum development.

Has served CYBC for more than a decade through club leadership, shepherding, and a variety of ministry support roles. She also helps strengthen CYBC's relationships with partner churches.
